The linen is noticeably heavyweight and breathable, so it doesn’t stick to my skin even on a scorching afternoon. It’s big enough that two of us can sprawl out with room for a cooler, and the amber stripe adds a nice pop of color to the sand.
I’ve taken this to the beach twice now and the linen stays cool even when the sun’s beating down, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s big enough for two people plus a bag, and it folds up thinner than my old cotton blanket, so it’s easier to carry.
