The linen texture feels noticeably thicker and more substantial than the cotton ones I’ve had before, and they’ve already saved my wood table from a few sweaty glasses without showing any stains. I love that I can toss them in with my other table linens and they come out looking just as crisp.
They arrived perfectly packed and the 100% European linen feels substantial, not flimsy like most coasters I’ve owned. I’ve been mixing them with my white tablecloth and the natural baked clay color really warms up the whole setting.
The baked clay feel gives them a nice weight that keeps them from sliding around when I set down a cold glass. They’ve held up through a few weeks of daily use without staining, though I do wish the set came with six instead of four for bigger gatherings.
